We are very impressed with the professional services received from your company in May 2023. Real (very nice) people answered your phone line, the team came when they said they would, did what they said they’d do, and completed the work on time as scheduled.

Our 120-year-old house needed replacement of galvanized steel water pipes along with new bath and kitchen faucets and garbage disposal. We needed to accomplish this prior to another contractor installing a new, under-mounted kitchen sink and countertop.

Efrain came to our home on the appointed date and he knew exactly what needed to be done to prepare our water lines for the new sink and countertop. He also pointed out the need to update the water line to the refrigerator which we and the other contractors had overlooked.

During the remodel, Efrain gave us several maintenance tips and completed a few minor unexpected tasks that typically crop with a very old home. Efrain completed the plumbing within the one day time frame originally estimated and we were able to schedule the sink and countertop replacement the very next day.

Efrain then returned and installed the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. So the whole process occurred very quickly and seamlessly without lengthy interruptions to water or clean dishes. We’re very happy with all the staff and services provided by your company.
