EXCELLENT Based on 732 reviews Posted on Kristopher McKelveyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Bob Oates. After my first meeting with TJ Bruckshen I was so impressed that I didn't even bother getting a 2nd quote. TJ Bruckshen & Prescot Jackson are 2 of the nicest guys I've ever met. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with them. Polished, professional, friendly & absolute perfectionists. On top of that, their level of communication and consultation was a 10/10. I had an unfortunate sewer situation with my new house and they took all of my stress away. Bob Oates hires VERY well! Additionally... they had to dig up a portion of my new driveway & the exposed aggregate patch was matched to perfection. (Sewer line repair, lower section sewer liner & new toilet) I've worked with their competitors at my previous home & Bob Oates is top shelf, look no further.Posted on Waco BudiselichTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They installed an external clean-out, hydrojetted our sewer line, and installed full liner — all within a week. They had to do a hand dig along the side of our house, and the crew kept the site impressively clean the entire time. They were also very respectful of our neighbor’s property, which we really appreciated. After backfilling, they even spread grass seed on the area to help it recover — a small detail that speaks volumes about their care and professionalism. On top of all that, they provide a 20-year warranty on their work, which is incredibly rare and gives us huge peace of mind. The team was on time, communicative, and made a stressful project feel easy. We highly recommend Bob Oates to anyone needing sewer work done right.Posted on DaveTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mykal and Prescott were great. Super professional. Thanks guys!Posted on Eric LikkelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nobody wants an early Sunday morning sump pump failure before church, but that is what recently happened to us when our Zoeller pump finally burned out after 14 years. I called Bob Oates; they've done good work for us in the past. The kind dispatcher connected us with plumber Prescott, who came within a couple hours and diagnosed our problem. Next day, Prescott and Henry took care of obtaining a new pump, installing, and were finished within a couple/few hours. Things flowing smoothly once again.Posted on Sara JordanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Oliver was prompt, knowledgeable, super friendly, and fixed my problem! Thank you!Posted on Hugh SaffelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a valve fail on the water line coming into an upstairs toilet. Oliver quickly and professionally made the repair. And he was very respectful of our house and he was great to talk with about plumbing and life. Ha!Posted on jayeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sergio was dispatched right away for a drainage problem in a downstairs bathroom causing water to backup in a tub. It was discovered that root intrusion was in the main line. Fortunately, the cable was able to break up most of the roots. Future preventative measures were discussed that would result in more costly repairs. However, there was no pressure and they offered to contact me at no additional cost in six months to determine if the roots had returned. They were very professional and pleasant. Sergio even kindly offered to caulk the base of the upstairs toilet. The need for a plumber comes with homeownership. Although unexpected, I felt the cost was reasonable. It is a relief when a company charges what needs to be done and doesn’t add unnecessary costs.Posted on Djerassi CuevasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Prompt service. Very professional . Would call them again!Posted on C ForrestTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The 2 guys were very polite and professional. they pulled the toilet and put a camera in the sewer to see why I had a clog. They showed me the inside of the pipe and the likely cause, which fortunetly did not need extensive repair. They were very clean and tidy given the type of business that needed done. Their office kept me informed of their arrival so scheduling was a breeze. I recieved a copy of the video emailed to me for my records. I will definetly call them first whenever I need plumbing work, both water and sewer services.
