Serving the Greater Seattle Area

It’s an Honor to Serve You!

Our team at Bob Oates has met the plumbing and pipe needs of Seattle residents for more than three decades. After establishing our family-run business as the industry leader in drain cleaning and sewer repair, our dedicated team set out to expand our services to neighboring communities.

It’s been our original goal to help as many people as we can, and our founder, Bob Oates, clings to a passion for doing right by the customer. We take no shortcuts in our work or professionalism.

What We Do

The highly skilled Bob Oates team delivers full-service plumbing, drain cleaning, and sewer repair solutions to residents and business owners across the Greater Seattle Area and all neighboring communities.

We have a reputation for getting the job done right the first time. We strive to provide our customers with the best service experience by utilizing the newest technologies with the most experienced team members.

Top-Notch Plumbing and Sewer Repair Services

While we’re recognized for our superb Seattle drain cleaning services, our plumbing company uses advanced equipment to complete a wide menu of other offering to meet our customers' needs.

Our general plumbing services keep your home safe from ruined foundations, mold and mildew, septic leaks, and other hazardous situations. Our sewer repair services range from cleaning the pipes to performing trenchless drain line repairs.

Whether you’re battling a recurring plumbing challenge or want to schedule routine plumbing maintenance, our advanced sewer camera inspection will detect any small issue before it evolves into a plumbing emergency.

When our inspection does reveal problems within your pipes, our trenchless pipe repair solutions can help restore your property’s plumbing to normal operation quickly and without the mess of traditional excavation.

Our cured-in-place-pipe lining (CIPP) is the most used trenchless sewer repair technique. By creating just two small access holes near the affected pipe, our technicians are able to feed a liner coated in epoxy resin through the old pipe. Air fills the liner, pushing the resin into the existing pipe walls. After heat is applied, the resin hardens, leaving a sleek new pipe lining and extending the life of your system.

Whether you need a new sewer line installed or simply need your toilet unclogged, the Bob Oates team can handle the job. There is no plumbing project too big or small for our skilled technicians.

We serve communities all over the Greater Seattle Area, including:
